AI EmpowerHer Stories is a national narrative initiative that elevates authentic stories of women—especially caregivers— building AI-enabled careers. By making these journeys visible, we challenge bias, expand the public imagination of success, and help workplaces evolve in ways that benefit everyone.
Public narratives still too often suggest that women—especially caregivers—are less suited for leadership, innovation, or emerging fields like AI. When these stories are missing, the future of work becomes narrower than real life.
AI EmpowerHer Stories changes that. We capture and share compelling, true stories of women using AI to build content businesses, apps, and digital services—while navigating the realities of caregiving, family responsibilities, and community life.
Make it normal to see women—especially caregivers and women of color—as leaders, innovators, and builders in the AI economy.
When women thrive at work, the benefits ripple across families, communities, and the broader economy.
